Anass Bendrif
Anass is a seasoned media and communication expert with over 20 years of experience across the MENA region and Africa. He specialises in disinformation, OSINT, and media development, and has trained journalists and fact-checkers for organisations including UNESCO, DW Akademie, and Free Press Unlimited. As lead trainer of RNTC’s “Disarming Disinformation” course, he helps media professionals strengthen their verification skills and resilience to false information. Anass has also served as a social media analyst for EU and Carter Center election missions, monitoring hate speech and disinformation. He is fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Dutch.
