Maksuda Aziz

Maksuda Aziz is a media development specialist focused on strengthening small, community-rooted newsrooms. She supports independent media in adopting AI responsibly, building audience-centred products, and developing sustainable, ethics-driven business models. A Studio 20 Fellow with a master’s degree in journalism from New York University, she has trained more than 500 journalists worldwide and was recognised by the Thomson Foundation as one of the world’s leading mobile journalists.
