Dr. Jackline Lidubwi

Dr. Jackline Lidubwi is a media and communications expert, lecturer at Africa Nazarene University, and multi-award-winning advocate for inclusive storytelling. An RNTC Fellow, she brings over two decades of experience in journalism, development communication, and media training across Sub-Saharan Africa, with a strong focus on disability rights, gender, and social change. She previously served as Project Lead at Internews and held senior roles at Y254 TV and KBC. A 2017 ADA Fellow and Global Change Leader (Coady Institute, Canada), Dr. Lidubwi joins the RNTC trainer team with a passion for using media to drive advocacy and transformative action.
When I take journalists on board, I mentor and train them so that they also mentor others and give them opportunities.
